Human Resources Operations Manager

Blueprint Consulting Services is looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager to join its internal team. Responsibilities include: - Partner with division leads to develop strategy and planning for the organization by implementing actionable HR strategies and tactical plans to support the business operations.
- Conduct and report on regularly scheduled compliance and audits to ensure alignment with organizations overall strategy and to identify and mitigate risk.
- Partner with Legal to manage employee related escalations and issues.
- Approve and report on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety in the workplace, labor, legislative, and other human resources issues.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, benchmarking of compensation, and pay practices to support recruitment and retention of top talent while also identifying and mitigating potential gaps in compensation strategy.
- Develop and maintain employee retention and engagement strategy.
- Partner with Training and Education Manager on development of management and leadership learning tracks that yield high-performance individuals and teams.
- Partner with Benefits Analyst on design and administration of benefit plans to ensure programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Evangelize company culture.
- Oversee performance management process, annual review process, and employee development programs.
- Evaluate performance management tools and resources to ensures consistency is applied across internal team and engagements.
- Develop and execute Human Resources department budget.
Requirements: - 5+ years of proven Human Resources Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager or related experience required
- Understanding of labor law
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and consistent company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Professional Human Resources Certification required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization and must be viewed as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Commitment to the development of people, process and the organization
