- Supervisory responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties and training, prepare and conduct performance reviews, improvement plans and compensation recommendations, establish workflow, establish and monitor associates schedules, review and approve timecards for 1 FTEs and indirect management of 5+ FTEs
- Coordinate workflows, procedures and guidelines with Branch Operations Support; Account Services; Security department; BSA department; and other internal operations teams
- Proactively identify educational opportunities and develop effective training programs to ensure associates' ongoing understanding of fraud, fraud prevention, fraud detection, case management and other risk factors
- Responsible for setting and monitoring individual and department objectives through effective communication and follow up including progress reviews, assignment of training needs, overall performance management
- Implement regulatory or operational changes to established policies and procedures within the department
- Make decisions related to Legal account documents (POA, Guardianship notices, Trust Agreements, etc.) to mitigate account risk
- Establish departmental procedures and standards used enterprise-wide for Park National Bank
- Produce and maintain statistical reports related to department productivity, fraud cases, and losses used for management monitoring and reporting
- Maintain industry knowledge and system expertise individually through ongoing education opportunities, including collaboration with peer groups and business lines
- Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE
Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm. This position is salary exempt and full-time.
The expected hours for full-time salary, non-exempt and exempt positions is 44-48 per week. A minimum 40 hours is required and Saturdays as needed.

Minimum Requirements DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Effectively apply independent judgment and evaluation to execute appropriate course of action
- Capacity to read, analyze, interpret and apply banking regulations to daily functions of team
- In depth knowledge of Bank services and products and thorough understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Retail branch functions, policies, and procedures
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed analytical and organizational skills
- High level proficiency in time management with an ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of banking experience with 2+ years of supervisory experience required
- Fraud mitigation, Bank Security, and/or Loss Prevention experience a plus
