The Ride Experience team develops high-impact, high-visibility products, platforms, and programs that differentiate Lyft's In-App and In-Car experience. Our team is focused on innovation, and operates in a very entrepreneurial manner. As program strategists, we conceptualize, implement, and operationalize experiences that impact each and every ride.
This team is looking for a program manager to manage various operational work streams related to the Lyft Amp. This position is within the marketing organization, but you'll be partnering closely with several teams across Lyft including operations, logistics, and local teams. This position will own the distribution and utilization of Amp, while spearheading creative cross-functional initiatives to increase its presence.
We're looking for someone who's as comfortable building forecasting models as they are compiling operational playbooks for local teams. Your vision, organization, and solid foundation in data will allow us to improve the Amp experience and light up cities around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the distribution and adoption of Amp with drivers across the world
- Work with operations and logistics to manage and forecast product inventory and distribution
- Work closely with local teams to develop scalable distribution and service programs
- Drive the Amp experience as the liaison between marketing, local operations, CET, and other cross functional teams
- Develop and execute campaigns to drive adoption and improve efficiency
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, applied math, statistics, engineering or other quantitative field
- 5+ years of operations, logistics, or analytics experience
- Experience building predictive and prescriptive models in Excel
- Experience working with local teams or franchises
- Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Scrappy, game for any task, and able to adapt to change
