WHAT YOUBE DOING:

- Stand up a new corporate enablement function focused on optimizing Reliassiness performance through resource development and education
- Develop and oversee functional (e.g., Sales, Client Care, Product) development of resources across the Relias organization, specific to their departmental needs, leveraging the Corporate Learning & Development function to provide a holistic development of the individual
- Develop, oversee, deliver, and continuously improve functional Onboarding Boot Camp Program(s) for new employees
- Develop, oversee, deliver, and continuously improve ongoing functional development training program(s) for department-specific content
- Oversee program development for all product launch and new release training, including the curriculum development, deployment of training, and creation of internal support documentation
- Support acquisition integration program development, as needed
- Collaborate with existing subject matter experts (e.g., Product Management and Marketing) and cross-functional teams on current and upcoming products, in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs
- Facilitate learning related to Reliaschnology and total suite of product offerings in addition to professional selling skills (e.g., Miller Heiman), Reliasles process, pragmatic marketing, and information about Reliasients and the industry
- Establish and maintain a roadmap of training deliverables aligned with supporting public facing product/marketing launches to support measurable sales results.
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies (e.g., adult learning), techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs and the sales force
- Leverage internal and external lecturers, motivational speakers, and sales, technical or product specialists for specialized departmental training
- Develop and oversee a field coaching program for new hires and existing professionals on effective utilization of their functional department techniques
- Leverage training needs assessments, in conjunction with the Corporate Learning & Development function, to support the continual improvement of the design, development and delivery of department training programs
- Analyze the departmenterformance to ensure training effectiveness
- Conduct quarterly reviews with department leads to review training effectiveness, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify ongoing improvement opportunities both at the department and individual-levels
- Coordinate with the Corporate Learning & Development organization for individual professional needs
- Support the L&D function in the maintenance of ongoing individual development plans and providing on-going or additional training to professionals struggling or at-risk with meeting their goals based on functional skill set and/or competency
- Manage Trainer(s) and support their continued professional development
- Managing Corporate Enablement budget effectively
YOUGOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously, and navigate/succeed in ambiguity
- Strong history of executing the vision of senior management
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver functional training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training technologies
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
- Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to constructively provide feedback to staff
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
- Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office products, web based systems, creative video creation options (e.g., Powtoon), etc.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time\
Experience Required (Minimum Required)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional training experience, as a Field Trainer, Learning and Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, or related title, preferably in a sales environment for a portion of time utilizing Miller Heiman Solution Selling
- Minimum of seven years developing functional training curriculums, including development and delivery of e-learning coursework
- Minimum seven years of delivering training to 25 or more people
- Minimum five years managing staff
- Learning management system administration experience
Education Requirements (Minimum Required)
- Bacheloregree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Organizational Development or related field
Experience/Education Preferred
- Master of Business Administration
- Software sales experience
- Working knowledge of SalesForce.com
