Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Manager ayers Club Operations is to manage the operations for the Grazie Desks at The Venetian/Palazzo locations and oversee all floor promotions. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian | The Palazzo Casino Resortolicies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversees operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department, the division and VCR.
- Assists with monitoring fiscal budget, operations of assigned department(s) and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability for VCR.
- Responsible for delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the companyore service standards and brand attributes.
- Provides input into the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new promotions, procedures, services, technology and processes to ensure VCRompetitive position and in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality and gaming environment.
- Assists with the responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, motivating job performance, feedback, recognition, mutual respect and Team Member satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the companyiversity commitment; compliance with company policies, legal requirements.
- Oversees scheduling.
- Identifies inefficiencies with current processes and propose recommendations that help transform the Players Club Operation to a service environment from a transactional environment.
- Completes annual reviews for hourly Team Members.
- Assists with implementing the annual Grazie Gifts Extravaganza Event. Product selection, input purchase orders, ongoing verification for inventory accuracy, create schedules, train team members and ensure all procedures are in place prior to the event. Work for extended periods of time throughout the event.
- Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Qualifications: - 21 years of age.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, as well as and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.
- 4 years of experience in a managerial position.
- 3 years of experience working in a Slot Marketing department, preferably in a 4 or 5 star resort/casino.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ACSC preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to:
- Lift or carry 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
- Physically access all areas of the property and drive areas with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
