The Office of the Registrar within the Division of Enrollment Management is seeking to fill up to two (2) Program Manager positions using this job posting.
This positon will provide support in the Office of the University Registrar, with emphasis on the use and leveraging of the Catalyst student information system in the execution of records management and registration processes; managing special academic initiatives and other duties, some of which are described below:
- Monitor student information system; student, faculty, administration and system issues trouble-shooting and problem-solving, and report and document issues that need to be addressed;
- Manage and discharge Registrarffice student registration, records management, and student system(s) processes and procedures;
- Interpret policy, manage office business processes for, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and university rules and regulations (e.g., Ohio residency for-tuition-purposes classification, FERPA, etc.);
- Manage office and college/departmental communication as liaison for special academic initiatives;
- Design office communications, documentation and procedures;
- Design, edit and update policies and procedures and forms for students, faculty and staff, including website maintenance;
- Prepare reports for internal and external use as needed;
- Other duties based on departmental need.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree with three (3) years of experience; -OR- Associate degree with five (5) years of experience; -OR-seven (7) years of experience. Experience must be in program development or business administration. Experience may require at least one (1) year of supervision.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Catalyst software, the current student information system. Effective analytical and communication skills are highly preferred.
This position will be a professional position paid at an hourly rate.
