Essential Job Requirements
Develops, implements procedures, and test plans for assuring and maintaining the highest quality levels and ensuring both company and customer requirements are met supporting mail, print and scan work.
Monitor all operations that affect quality, supervising and guiding production staff assuring the reliability and consistency of production by verifying processes and checking final output.
May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes project tasks. Work with production team to verify adherence to operating procedures and quality standards.
Analyze statistical data to evaluate trends and investigate failures completely to determine the root cause. Take appropriate company or vendor corrective action to revise design, methods or inspection/test instructions to prevent failure recurrence. * Maintains the Quality Management Systems to include: documentation, training and auditing and ensuring adherence to ISO compliance, all SOPs and Work Instructions.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications Education Associates Degree
Experience 2 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience
Management experience is preferred
Print Shop experience is preferred

Strong computer skills are a must
