Position Summary: Develop strategies and tactics that deliver Money Services unit growth goals, including promotional activities, customer communications, digital initiatives and personalized offers. Develop and drive national and regional sales plans for Money Services which will achieve division sales budgets and ensure effective use of marketing expenditures. Influence cross functional teams and divisions to achieve and execute Money Services goals and strategies. Demonstrate the companyore values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Essential Job Functions:
- Achieve sales objectives for assigned Money Services products in all divisions
- Utilize strong customer understanding to drive revenue from unit volume growth; recommend and execute everyday pricing strategies and promotional pricing changes
- Develop, drive and support Money Services Marketing and Channel Strategies, including collaboration with 84.51 and the KPF Marketing teams
- Create annual budgets for assigned product(s) by division, explain variations and maintain forecasted units & revenues throughout the year
- Develop cost/benefit analysis of offers, channels and selling activities
- Communicate with relevant parties the results achieved through promotional and selling activities; plan for and pursue strategic initiatives
- Evolve the Money Services digital strategy and guide the KPF Marketing team toward achieving sales growth through digital activities
- Explore, identify, and develop new products and business opportunities that will improve Money Services products
- Develop, communicate and evolve the strategic and business requirements of product and systems development projects
- Maintain a high knowledge of market trends relative to assigned products and anticipate changes to our competitive landscape
- Devise strategies that develop and define Money Services solutions within the marketplace while continuing to improve Krogerompetitive position
- Coordinate with the KPF Risk team to establish controls and reporting tools that ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant regulatory and fraud matters
- Travel to gain division/market insights, to meet with vendors and to gain industry knowledge
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete timely performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 2 years of financial services, retail, or consumer packaged goods experience establishing product or marketing strategy
- 2 years of experience effectively leading a cross functional team
- 2 years of P&L management experience
- Proven ability to develop strategies that significantly grow unit sales
- Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Successful negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data, develop & communicate recommendations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Previous Job Experience:
- Bacheloregree or equivalent job experience
- 2 years working knowledge of Money Services industry, products and customers
- Loyalty/ 84.51 experience
- 2 yearsperience in vendor or supplier management
