Qualifications

• Prepare and file forms 1120 and related state Franchise and Excise Taxes/Corporate Income Taxes.
• Prepare and file TN Franchise and Excise tax returns for LLC.
• Monitor and pay Statutory Representative in AR, TN, and MS.
• Research and submit claims for unclaimed property held by various state agencies for each Baptist Entity.
• File Corporate Annual Reports for each State in which Baptist conducts Business.
• Prepare, update, and maintain exempt sales tax applications for Baptist Entity locations.
• Prepare and maintain W-9s
• File forms 720
• Coordinate the signing and mailing of partnership returns prepared by outside firms.
• Assist with outside firms in preparation of the Community Health Needs Assessment.
• Prepare and maintain Power of Attorney Forms.
• Consultation on various other tax issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
