Job Description The Creative Development Manager, Fleet Stores, is responsible for driving creative development of print and digital in-store collateral. This responsibility includes creative briefings and creative reviews. Primary focus will be leading creative versioning and managing reviews and legal approvals from internal and external parties. Front line impact and final customer in-store experience knowledge is key to success.

Responsibilities - Collateral: Manage multiple variants of creative executions based on pre-approved creative concepts, ensuring accuracy and creative alignment.
- Collateral and Accessories: Drive creative development for POP collateral to deliver on Company and Marketing initiatives, in collaboration with the fixture manager and merchandising execution team.
- Manage creative development for digital executions including project kick-off meetings, agency briefings, creative asset management, aligning with digital strategies. Provide creative direction to agencies applying best practice for T-Mobile digital platforms.
- Gains alignment and approval for all creative executions. Manages review meetings and acts as key agency and internal team contact for assigned projects. Works in conjunction Senior Manager to ensure creative executions are in-line with T-Mobile brand positioning, customer insights, product strategies and marketing initiatives. Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues or problems affecting quality and delivery of all projects. Applies industry best practices.
- Routes all creative layouts through legal, 3rd party, business owners and management to obtain approvals. Day-to-day contact for internal customers and agency partners on program execution.

Qualifications - 2-4 years' experience in collateral project management, retail operations, T-Mobile retail sales, Marketing or Advertising field
- Strong time-management, project management and organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple overlapping projects; attention to detail
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired - 2-4 years' experience in T-Mobile Retail, US Wireless,
- Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Agency or vendor management experience
Education Minimum Required
- Bachelor's Degree. Marketing, Advertising or related field
- Work experience considered in lieu of degree
