Job Description Seeking a Multi Unit Manager candidate with a proven track record in increasing sales, profits and guest satisfaction in the Charlotte, NC area. The ideal Area Restaurant Manager candidate will understand and maintain a strategic vision for the future of the company while developing a culture that ensures great execution of food and service by multiple staffs. Must have successful experience in design and execution of employee development programs for internal promotion. Area Restaurant Managers must be able to review and compare gross profit reports to budget, then lead financial performance evaluations for each restaurant each period. Candidate will have also demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing and motivating a team. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Multi Unit, Area Manager in full service, casual dining or quick service restaurant is a requirement.

Qualifications
