Job Description Seeking a Dynamic Assistant Manager candidate that has a strong desire to grow, and willingness to learn our culture while utilizing basic supervisory fundamentals. This motivated self starting Assistant Manager will have dynamic guest service skills, excel at team development, and have basic time management skills. The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager candidate is a hands on team leader with a sharp focus on hospitality, food, people, and a desire to work with a dynamic, growing team of restaurant professionals.
Qualifications Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a restaurant manager or shift leader in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurants
- Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
- Ability to direct employees, cooks, cashiers and supervisors on shift
- Effective spoken and written communication
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
