Project Assistant
Farmington Hills (Michigan)
We are currently looking for a Project Assistant to work as part of our global team, assisting in the administration and coordination of multiple projects related to automotive software.
Your responsibilities: - Support project financial tracking and bookkeeping
- Support monthly closing activities as it relates to project status and analyzing project data
- Compile and review project hours, project expenses
- Support project-related purchasing and maintain the project HW inventory
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Create processes, work instructions and documentation related to the position
- Coordinate and monitor meetings
- Prepare necessary material for presentations and reporting
Your profile: Skills Required:
- At least 3-5 years professional experience
- Prior experience in a project support role
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work well in a global environment
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Detailed and process-oriented
- Ability to provide input on process improvements, as well as establish and document a process
- Experience in creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation and presentations
Skills Preferred:
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience working with software or technical teams
