Description: Division Manager Construction - Masonry
We are looking for a Roofing Division Manager to fill an opening immediately in the Lexington, KY area. The qualified will have roofing construction experience, previous experience working on client site and directly with customers. A qualified candidate will be able to perform the following tasks communication with the customer the day of the job, call to the customer in route to job and introduce yourself upon arrival review the scope of work with the homeowner before the job is started.

- Previous roofing construction experience
- Previous experience working on client site and directly with customers
- Customer service focus and experience completing tasks prior to a deadline
Responsibilities of Roofing Division Manager - Construction - Masonry
- Responsible for all communication with the customer the day of the job.
- Make a phone call to the customer in route to job and introduce yourself to the customer upon arrival and before crew begins work.
- Review the scope of work with the homeowner before the job is started.
- Take pictures of problem areas (bad wood, etc.) to document the need for wood replacement, additional changes or supplements.
- Communicate with crew members to ensure the job is completed to Bone Dry standards for safety and quality. Ensure safety practices are being enforced throughout the entire day.
- Ensure each item of inspection is completed and job site is cleaned with a magnet.
- Each Superintendent is responsible for working a minimum of (2) Saturdays per month during work season: (March 1st November30th)
- Pick up permits for all applicable jobs.
