Description Program Managers must possess strong leadership, analytical, organizational and decision-making skills. They are accountable, self-starters and creative problem-solvers. They work well under pressure; can multi-task, meet deadlines, and set priorities for self and others. They are responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of system-wide Mission Integration initiatives ensuring consistency with brand standards, system strategy, commitments, and goals. Mission Integration Project Manager will provide leadership in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and activities related to mission, core values, ethics, Catholic identity, and spiritual/pastoral care to ensure that the mission of CHRISTUS Health and its sponsoring Congregations is communicated effectively and integrated into all aspects of the organization. Work varies and includes process and policy development, presentation, implementation, budgeting, analysis and reporting for both short and long-term projects. In addition, the applicant must have a professional demeanor and good attitude; possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as it relates to collaborating with Mission Integration and other project teams, and for training/educating leadership on tools and processes requiring system implementation. Project Managers are a critical resource for business and clinical leadership for integrating our Mission, Vision, and Values into every facet of the CH-TMF health care ministry. Requirements Bachelors in theology, religious education, spirituality, ethics, or equivalent from an accredited Seminary or graduate school. Knowledge of the history and heritage of sponsoring Congregations and understanding of the Catholic Church and its teachings. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, and Outlook.
