Our client is a veteran-owned small business (VOSB) committed to engineering excellence in support of the US Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. They are seeking a Software Engineer to join their team.
To be successful here, you'll need the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience developing software with a high level language such as Java, C, C++ or C#/.Net
- 3+ years of recent experience developing software for Windows (2000, 2003, XP, Vista) or UNIX/Linux (Redhat versions 3-5) operating systems
- 3+ years of software integration and software testing experience
- Knowledge of Agile Development tools, techniques, and principles.
- Experience developing solutions integrating and extending FOSS/COTS products
- Demonstrated technical writing skills and have generated technical documents in support of a software development project
This position is in the Ft. Meade area and requires a Full-Scope Polygraph.
