Halff TriTex, Inc., a subsidiary of Halff Associates, Inc., has an immediate opening for a Chemical or Mechanical Engineer in Oklahoma City, OK.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience designing oil and gas production, gathering, processing, treating, compression, and pipelines. Job responsibilities may include managing engineering projects, creating process simulations, directing & reviewing process facility design documents, conducting PSV studies, participating in PSM/PHA activities and building relationships with existing and potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity with significant potential for growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an engineer in the Oil & Gas industry, including gas processing, gas and liquid treating, compression, and/or pipeline design and integrity.

Experience with DOT 192 & 195 and PHMSA compliance is a plus.

Preferences

Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) participation and facilitation, and preparation of Risk Management Plans (RMP)

Skills desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point), and process simulation experience including ProMax, HYSYS or other process software.
