Description: Client is currently in the middle of a Lotus Notes to O365 implementation / migration
The need is for a O365 Level II or Level III Support Engineer
Must be customer facing and able to face off with users
Ability to do knowledge transfer / excellent communication
Ability to do documentation creation, excellent written communication
Hands on support experience
Exchange to O365 migration experience would be beneficial
Must have fairly deep knowledge of O365 and the O365 platform, understands the ins and outs of the platform
