Our Product Delivery team is seeking interest a JavaScript Engineer.
Someone who lives and breathes code, is meticulous about quality and top-notch user experiences. Needs a decent eye for what looks good on screen, cares about usability and does great work under tight deadlines. Able to enjoy themselves and collaborate with the team.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop Front End code for web applications using React.js.
- Turn graphical mockups and user stories into web applications.
- Collaborate with java developers, ux designers, designers and product owners.
Required Skills: - 5+ years front-end development experience, expert level in JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Graphic Design, Art or similar field preferred.
- Proficient in building responsive websites-- React.js.
- Familiarity with the concepts behind and implementations of JS-based MVC frameworks (like Backbone.js).
- Experience in JSON, node.js, proficiency in JQuery..
- Experience working in a large team environment.
- A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable and cross-browser code across large sites.
- Familiar with Agile, automation and source control principles.
- Tech lead for 2-4 front end developers.
- Mentors other developers, leads group discussions on tech topics.
- General familiarity with java code and logic.
