We are looking for a strong candidate that can help architect and develop a solution to eliminate complicated access systems, currently in use, to allow access into the buildings and secure areas. We have a grand vision to streamline security access and make it a world class system. The new solution will be based on computer vision and another other technology to allow frictionless access, this includes a solution for guest access and support personal.

This project will be an offering for our AI platform to allow companies around the world a modern and robust access system. We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer that has the track record for starting grassroots projects.

Our team will be small and agile to really keep the focus. We will work, in conjunction, with other partners to help complete this mission. The candidate needs the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The candidate needs to be able to solve complex design issues around scale and reliability, help partner teams design their components, and develop code towards the solution.

A deciding bonus skill for the candidate is the ability to demonstrate writing code for testability and understand concepts of dependency injection, mocking, and various other techniques:

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years' experience with C# or C++

• 10+ years' experience in software development

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years working in an agile environment using TDD

• Demonstrate your key role 2-3 complex projects.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
