Job Description : Software engineer to participate in the design, development, test and maintenance of complex mission application software and database applications. Must have experience in some or all of the following languages, technologies and operating systems: C++, Java, C#, Unix/Linux, Windows, Oracle/SQL. Must be a self-starter, with a proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, development environment.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This opportunity is currently unfunded. Program longevity is for 3 years if awarded.
Basic Qualifications Must have experience in some or all of the following object-oriented languages, technologies and operating systems:
- C++, Java, C#, Unix/Linux, Windows, Oracle/SQL.
- Excellent team orientation, oral and written communications skills.
- Program has a strong preference for candidates currently cleared at the TS level with SCI access.
Desired skills - Domain knowledge of a mission planning and scheduling or command and telemetry system.
- Scripting languages (Perl, Shell)
- Agile software development experience.
- An aptitude for math and physics.
