Primary Responsibilities HDR is looking for a Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation Program in Miami Lakes, FL. This individual will work under the supervision of a Project Manager on transportation highway/roadway projects. They will be expected to develop highway/roadway plans for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) highway/roadway projects on a regular basis. They will also be expected to develop quantities for FDOT transportation projects.

Qualifications Required Qualifications BS degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
5-8+ years of experience required; this must include specific experience as a project engineer for FDOT roadway/highway projects, a familiarity with the FDOT plans preparation manual (PPM) and design standards
Experience with MS Office, Microstation, Geopak, Guidesign, Autoturn and FDOT Barmenu required
Preferred Qualifications PE preferred
Local candidates are preferred
