Senior Process Engineer-Round Rock, TX
This role will deliver in the capacity of a Process Engineer and will report the functional leader within the newly formed Global Process Engineering team for Support and Deployment Services.
- Process Engineer and Design solutions that will effectively deliver optimization to Services Supply Chain
- Requirements gathering and driving process improvements from conception through implementation
- Perform current state vs desired state gap assessment by conducting system and material flow studies, on floor assessment and discussions
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes using lean methodologies
- Perform value stream mapping
- Conduct reviews and readouts with Exec audience
- Continuously measure process improvement success
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field required
- Prior experience in leading process improvement projects and driving value stream mapping exercise and / or Kaizen events required
- A demonstrated ability to work both individually and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong program management skillset and requirements gathering mindset required
- Supply chain operations knowledge required
- Strong communication and presentation (Exec level) skillset required
- Proven ability to understand data and handle large data files to independently produce data results, business/optimization insights and cost/benefit assessment required
-Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bacheloregree; or 8+ years with a Masteregree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
