Senior Security Engineer.
Location : Atlanta, United States
Mission The Kudelski Security Research & Development group is in search of an Information Security Engineer to drive the security program for our key technology products. Embedded within our development teams, this position will work on a daily basis to improve the security posture of our core products, influence our backlog to include security-related items, and ensure the compliance of our systems with key standards such as ISO 27001.
This is a global role with influence over products in the US and Switzerland. Our core products include both a large Managed Services offering and portfolio of SaaS products. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience developing and certifying systems under a variety of standards and scrutiny.
If you like working with the latest development technologies, securing systems, and integrating new security solutions and the DevOps way, this job is for you. This position is designed as a mix of product development work with compliance. Candidates must live and breathe security (and not mind doing the related documentation).
Responsibilities · Design, develop and test, document and deliver the security gramr the Kudelski Security products portfolio.
· Champion new security concepts; proactively looking at how they can be applied to our products.
· Influence our backlog to include improvements related to the security.
· Ensure our systemsmpliance with ISO 27001 and other requirements defined by our clients.
· Help our Product Managers and Owners translate security features into technical user stories and tasks.
· Represent Kudelski Security as part of the overall Kudelski Group corporate security function to ensure alignment with governance and centralized funding opportunities.
Requirements / Profile · Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. Masters preferred.
· ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certified ISMS Lead Implementer or Auditor.
· Previous experience working with global teams.
· Previous experience successfully certifying a system under the ISO 27000 series.
· Previous experience working with an Agile development team.
· Previous experience with Managed Services.
· Fluent English Speaking.
- Previous experience certifying systems under NIST 800-53.
- Certified Information Security Systems Professional
- Certified Information Security Auditor
Qualifications: - Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Autonomy, self-taught, flexibility, rigor, efficiency and ability to manage pressure are key skills
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to comfortably interact and negotiate with senior executives.
- Must pass criminal background and drug testing requirements.
