They are seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to join their team.
To be successful here, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in software development/engineering
- 3+ years of experience developing software with high level languages such as Java, C, C++
- 2+ years of experience with distributed scalable Big Data Store (NoSQL) such as HBase, CloudBase/Accumulo, Big Table, etc.
- 2+ years of experience with the Map Reduce programming model, the Hadoop Distributed Files System (HDFS), and technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, etc.
- Strong Java skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience working in Windows and Linux operating systems
The work is located in the Annapolis Junction area and requires a Full-Scope Polygraph.
