Medtronic is currently seeking a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer.
For this role, we are seeking someone to ensure that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services. Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness. Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur. Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met. Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.

A Day in the Life

Must Have - Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIRED: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have - Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
