Your team You'll be working in the Wealth Management Americas IT group in Weehawken, NJ. WMA IT has embarked on a multi-year strategic technology initiative to integrate a new generation of products and services to enable digital offerings to clients aligned with specific business goals. As a Wealth Management Americas Technical Project/Manager/Business Analyst in the Digital Advice team, this position will be a senior technology role responsible for defining and delivering on the next generation of digital products and services for clients and advisors.
Your experience and skills You have:
- demonstrated ability to define and document technical requirements and functional specifications for solutions and deliver on multi-year strategic platforms in the financial industry
- significant experience in managing delivery demand for technology as a liaison with all levels of business, product and technology leadership
- demonstrated experience working with technology leadership to translate business and product requirements into technology strategies and roadmaps
- demonstrated experience working with latest and emerging web and data analytics technologies
- 10+ years of experience driving solutions through comprehensive and precise technical definition in the financial services industry
You are: - experienced in retail wealth management (highly desired)
- experienced with the full software development life cycle including both traditional waterfall and agile methodologies
- experienced translating business requirements to technology specifications for programs in the $10-20m range (5+ years)
- experienced presenting, collaborating and building trusted relationships with senior leadership (both business and technology) to influence direction
