CISCO WIRELESS ENGINEER NTRACT LEIGH, NC

Cisco Wireless Engineer Requirements:

• 5-10 yearsperience with enterprise wireless (preferred: Cisco)
• Strong experience with Wireless LAN Controllers (preferred: Cisco)
• Strong experience with Access Points (APs; indoor and outdoor)
• Knowledge of CPI - Cisco Prime Infrastructure (ideal to have)
• Must show demonstrated experience on their resume with all of the above including Wireless and LAN installation and implementations experience.

Cisco Wireless Engineer Responsibilities:

• As part of the job, you will have detailed experience and knowledge of 802.11 infrastructure including Cisco autonomous and lightweight access points.
• You will have detailed experience and knowledge and experience implementing Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers.
• You will have Senior level experience monitoring and responding to alarms/alerts on Cisco Prime Infrastructure Monitoring Systems.
• You will have Senior level experience with Cisco switch configurations.
• You will have Senior level experience resolving client connectivity, interference, authentication, and coverage issues.
