Job Description : Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to perform technical decomposition of new design system concepts through a variety of analysis, trade studies, and exploration of system concepts. Additional duties include:
Determine the suitability of options against system criteria such as performance, cost, weight and risk.
Document and communicate design decisions to the design team for further design activity.
Basic Qualifications a Masters in an engineering degree such as Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Software / Computer Science
Previous internship in systems engineering or related discipline
A secret security clearance
Desired skills Interest or experience on military programs including such things as missiles, radars, and ground vehicles
Experience or familiarity with decomposing a system concept into its sub-system parts
Familiarity with system simulations and models
Familiar with requirements and architecture documentation methods
Minimum 3.0 GPA
