As part of a fast-paced organization, this position requires managing teams of software development engineers collaborating with business units, product managers, analysts, operations, and external vendors to develop a state of the art payments system. You will work with architects to design a full stack of solutions; from the browser to back-end services and everything in between. Qualifications - Prior experience integrating with global and/or regional payment service providers.
- Experience leading and managing medium to large-sized development teams.
- Experience in building high availability, scalability, security, and resilience systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Experience managing projects and teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience designing and developing large scale, high traffic applications.
- Minimum 8+ years development experience, 6+ months team management experience.
