About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer for our Tanner Labs team. We create innovated solutions to validate new ideas that OC Tanner would like to take to market.

Job Requirements - 3 to 5 years of experience with Ruby
- Experience or willingness to learn Ruby on Rails
- 3 to 5 years of experience with RDBMS/ SQL
- A good understanding of HTTP/ CSS.
- Experience/ basic understanding of Micro-services
- Experience developing REST APIs
- Experience working in an Agile environment Web service development, ideally RESTful
- Basic understanding of multi-tier web applications and services
- Desire to learn new technologies/methodologies
- Collaborate with business users to gather/document requirements
- Basic understanding of Continuous integration, ideally continuous deployment
- Experience supporting a high availability environment with minimum down time
- A commitment to write testable & tested code
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively, both verbally and in writing
