Cementing Technology
Halliburtonurface Equipment design group provides key technologies in the research, design, development, and support of its specialized well servicing equipment including mechanical equipment design, mixing/blending and material transport systems, control systems, pumping and high pressure systems, materials (metals, coatings, and elastomers), fabrication and structural design, hydraulic systems, powertrain and cooling systems, and design for manufacture and assembly.
Our ception to CommercializationfeCycle product development philosophy exposes mechanical design engineers to all aspects of new product development including design, manufacturing, lab/field testing, marketing, commercialization, and product sustainability.
New product development involves the design of individual machine components and configuration of sub-system technologies into final the product and builds on knowledge and use of various computer aided engineering applications such as finite element analysis, dynamic modeling, and computational fluid dynamics, in conjunction with 3-d solid modeling.
