The dual Assistant Hospital Services Administrator / Registered Nurse (RN) will function in a Registered Nurse (RN) role 50% of the time, and as an Assistant Administrator 50% of the time. This is a great growth/development opportunity for an existing RN interested in gaining leadership experience, including the opportunity to lead a clinical team in the acute setting (also eligible for OT).

Qualifications: - High school diploma required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred + active RN licensure required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in dialysis preferred, but not required (willing to train)
- Current CPR certification required (or certification obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; functional proficiency in all DaVita clinical and business applications required within 90 days
