They have a long history of successful rapid response to active mission requirements in all of these areas. They have their own large SCIF and comms, and they prime on multiple programs supporting IC, DoD, and Law Enforcement agencies throughout MD and VA. Our client's program, which runs through 2020 with extensions highly expected, involves leading edge Internet of Things (IoT) and Embedded Systems vulnerability discovery and development. Openings on the program are typically for Reverse Engineers and Embedded Developers. You'll find C, C++, Python, and Assembly used as development languages, realtime operating systems (RTOS), various processors (PowerPC, ARM, x86, etc.), microcontrollers, systems on chips, and opportunities to do protocol analysis and software reverse engineering and debugging for Linux, Windows, and other O/S's. If you work on this program, you will have the ability to dig very deeply into platforms, technologies, and their vulnerabilities.
The program is currently seeking a Reverse Engineer who meet the following requirements:
- strong skills performing Reverse Engineering on software/hardware systems
- strong skills performing Vulnerability Analysis on software/hardware systems
- familiarity with static analysis methods
- familiarity with dynamic analysis methods
- strong skills in C programming
- experience with IDAPro or similar tools
- experience with debugging tools (WinDbg, gdb, etc)
- experience with protocol analysis tools such as Wireshark (desired)
The work on this program is conducted primarily in contractor SCIFs in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. This program requires US citizenship plus a TS/SCI + FS Poly clearance, although in rare occasions CCAs may be granted.
