Summary: The Junior Test Engineer will write test plans, determining benchmarks, working with the team on performance and regression testing effort, fully documenting results, and maximizing the use of scripting and automation where appropriate.

- Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies.
- Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products.
- Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing.
- Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- Bacheloregree required; preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management/Administration or other related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience working in an IT field (co-op, internship, or mentorship is acceptable)
- Prior experience with the ASP/ISP model in a Government environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Familiarity with WinRunner and LoadRunner is a plus
- Familiarity with the Government Customereadiness Process
- Familiarity with training program development and execution
- Familiarity with The Government Customerertification and Accreditation (C&A)
- Ability to work with little direct supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
- ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance required
- ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance required
