Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Consultant Medical Assistant performs a range of routine clinical procedures to assist all consultant physicians. The Medical Assistant ensures that quality care is provided to patients that are seen in the consultant area.

Qualifications

MANDATORY:

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

2. Completion and graduation from an accredited medical assistant program.

3. Certificate by State of California.

Preferred:

1. Two years recent experience in multi- specialty ambulatory care.

2. CPR Certification.
