As the Digital/FPGA Design Engineer at Moog you willclass="new_p"> Be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating FPGA's that interface with electronics, electro-mechanical or mechanical components, assemblies or integrated circuitry for actuation systems or Avionics equipment. Includes new design, as well as modification activities that results in significant product enhancement. Activities encompass design, analysis, testing and process development using engineering principles and methods. Technical integrated circuits; and embedded software/firmware design. Designs will have emphasis on high reliability flight critical applications designed to DO254 Level A requirements.
Minimum qualifications to be consideredclass="title_p">
- Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering
- 5+ years relevant experience
- High-speed digital logic circuit designs for flight critical motor applications, critical timing analyses
- Experience working on FPGA designs that have been qualified to DO254 Level A
- VHDL Coding of Complex high-speed digital logic
- DOORS experience is a plus
- US Citizen Only (active or previous security clearance preferred)
