One of our clients, a leading indian FMCG Multinational is looking for a lawyer for their office in UAE.
The position would be based in Dubai.
Your Role: Few Manjor KPIs of the role would be :-
1) Overseeing IP portfolio overall including Trademark Filings, Renewals, Registrations with various IP workplaces over the globe and general catch up with the Attorneys.
2) Drafting, evaluating and verifying different business understandings, for example, NDAs, Distribution assention, Manufacturing assention, Master Service Agreement, Supply assention, MOU, Manufacturing understanding and so on.
3) Ensuring the Intellectual property and lawful privileges of the association Globally by issuing stop this instant notice if there should be an occurrence of trademark encroachment and furthermore moving toward the official courtroom to document encroachment suits.
Apart from the above mentioned KPIs, the incumbent would be indulged in legal research, Maintaining records (trademarks, patents and copyrights), Assist in Notarization and act as an advisory.
