Key Responsibilities: As the ASSISTANT MANAGER you will be responsible for ensuring excellent service to on-site clients and managing the support staff, supervisors and mangement team at the Davenport plant and surrounding support facilities. - Must have prior experience in Facilities Management for Janitorial services
- Prefer experience from Industrial-manufacturing facilities
- Mobile equipment certification and heavy equipment experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of facilities management and prior experience in a Management position, Janitorial services
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Client Relations and Customer Service Oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, financial, and analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
