We are currently assisting a top-tier consulting company who's looking to hire Consultants at a post-MBA to join their Transportation Practice in Dubai, UAE. They are specifically looking for candidates with experience related to Commercial, Operations, Supply chain, Innovation, PMI, Efficiency improvement, Cost Optimization, Turnaround, Manufacturing, Engineering and R&D domains.
The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
- Managing the execution of individual project modules. This typically includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
- Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality case execution
- Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
- Reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals, effectively seeking guidance on technical and senior-level steer to projects
- Coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting and/or transportation & services industry experience ideally n Strategy Consulting Management
- In-depth knowledge of topics specifically within the transportation and services fields gained through experience in a consulting company or in the industry
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
- Relevant experience in project-based, team-oriented environments and a track record of leading or working in teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Outstanding communication skills and comfort in presenting to senior executives
- Undergraduate or advanced degree, MBA or equivalent from a top academic program
- Arabic Speaking candidates are preferred, not mandatory.
