Candidates must have 2-5 years of management experience in an upscale retailer or specialty store and must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the selling and service culture of the store
• Communicating with the buying organization to maximize merchandise assortments
• Cultivating and maintaining customer relations
• Developing associates
• Analyzing and maintaining sales and profit performance
• Controlling inventory
