Candidates must have 2-5 years of management experience in an upscale retailer or specialty store and must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Managing the selling and service culture of the store
- Communicating with the buying organization to maximize merchandise assortments
- Cultivating and maintaining customer relations
- Developing associates
- Analyzing and maintaining sales and profit performance
- Controlling inventory
