Our client, a very high net worth individual, is currently looking to recruit a Hospitality/ Travel Manager. Duties and Responsibilities include:
Should be able to research, analyse, list out different location around the globe for travel based on the season and occasion of VIP members need.
Arranging customized worldwide tailor-made travel plan for VIP.
Must have good knowledge of Hotels & Restaurants in each location and handle the hotel booking whenever is required.
Acts as the main contact for the VIP prior, during and after the Trip.
Ensure that proper arrangements has been done in regards to VIP arrivals, pre-arrangements, preferences and follow ups.
Responsible for that all VIP rooms are being checked prior to VIP arrival and ensures the room is prepared in regards to standards as well as VIP requests and preferences.
Responsible for organizing Events, Entertainments during the trip.
Management of Travel Plan within time limits and in line with allocated Travel Budget.
Forecasting of Travel plan and establish operating goals to make every trip with VIP satisfaction.
Need to oversee facilities and manage all event details such as decor, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, equipment, etc. during the Trip.
Proactive approach to handling issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems during the trip.
Study and know all product featured on the website and regularly keep abreast of luxury travel trends.
Embassy & Protocol communications, Prioritize of security during Travel (Arrange local guards whenever is required)
Perform any other duties assigned by Dept Head.
Skills The right candidate will have experience in planning and executing the travel plans of VIP individuals.
