Our Opportunity:

Cumulus Erie is looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to the Market Manager, Digital Sales Manager, and Sales Department. Responsibilities will include:

• Enter and revise sales orders in traffic system
• Enter and revise commercial production orders in electronic system
• Enter and revise promotional information in electronic system
• Prepare and assemble reports and presentations
• Answer phones and share receptionist duties
• Provide backup/fill-in support for Traffic department
• Maintain/stock sales supplies and forms and printer/fax/copiers
• Maintain/update quantitative and qualitative information/sales pieces

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be dependable and responsible and display excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Must possess strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products and Outlook email
• Must demonstrate ability to work under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
• Must possess strong analytical skills, professional demeanor, proven ability to multi-task amid constant interruptions, and a positive outlook
