Work alongside Legal & Governance members to attend to corporate matters, internal processes and procedures, risk management and governance protocols.
Assist Chief Legal Officer
Participate in the development and roll out of standard legal templates.
Review contractual documents, carry out document comparisons and sanity checks
Manage and administer contractual deliverable
Assist with documentation regarding acquisitions
Draft powers of attorney and assist in obtaining notarization's, legalisation's
Draft memos
Draft meeting notices for annual general assemblies
Draft minutes of board and shareholder meetings.
Draft and amend organizational documents such as memoranda / articles of association.
Prepare high quality materials, including PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets.

REQUIREMENTS Law degree or paralegal certification from a recognised law school/institution.
5+ years experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain good working relationships.
Research and analytical skills.
Fluent English (essential); Arabic (desirable).
Ability to identify and analyze basic corporate legal issues.
