Description: 1. Directly contribute to all aspects of animal care, including husbandry routines and environmental enrichment, and supporting veterinary intervention as required.
2. Manage staff works schedule with supervisors.
3. Following up enclosures maintenance request.
4. Advise & supervise animal collection supervisors and zoo keepers, volunteers, trainee, internship to provide support, guidance and skills development.
5. Knowledge of animal biology and management, including observations & record keeping, supporting and participating in zoological research if needed.
6. Participates in establishing animal collection plan, studbooks, identification, surplus list and record keeping to ensures accurate and complete records of animal activities.
7. Oversees/coordinate animal introductions, moves, restraints, and shipments.
