Description: Signature Holiday Homes LLC is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team to increase our portfolio (apartment/villas) for Holiday Homes rental scheme. You will negotiate and partner with developers and landlords to add new properties to our portfolio while establishing strong relationships with landlords and the local real estate industry. You will focus on visiting prime areas in Dubai to identify the right housing for on-boarding in order to grow further our business in the local market.
If you have 3 plus years' experience in real estate or Holiday Homes business, with strong research and strategic analysis skills looking for a fast-growing, then this role maybe for you.

Responsibilities include: - Research, identify and shortlist appropriate apartments/villas and buildings suitable for short rental.
- Research and sourcing of qualified properties via market investigation (real estate agencies, property adds, etc)
- Presentation of our business and the benefits of Holiday Homes rental scheme to landlords and developers.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with home owners, local real estate brokerage firms to broaden reach and drive supply acquisition
- Communication with landlords and real estate partners and contract administration according to company procedures
- Pipeline overall business growth through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, networking and local market sector knowledge to increase supply
REQUIREMENTS - At least 3 years relevant experience in real estate or Holiday Homes rental business .
