Job Description - Develop operational plans and projects plans for investments implementation in liaison with concerned departments
- Analyse, develop and review the investments budget.
- Communicate investment reporting and forecasting to the higher management and stakeholders.
- Generate ad-hoc reports for investments, business planning and product life cycle management and developments
- Work on forecasting by providing the investment team with necessary information and guidance for short and long term forecasts
- Analyse RFP’s ,coordinate response planning with investment programs manager and set a schedule for bid preparation
- Prepare proposal drafts ensuring that content meets client requirements , stake holder requirements and internal & legal standards
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of on-going business decisions or initiatives
- Define core competency development and provide new standards and means of work that necessary to support the investment programs section.
- Research and reconcile issues on investment opportunities and develop a business model most suitable for the business development project.
- Monitor Investment processes to effectively meet overall investment program
- Align the organizational development opportunities with Strategic directions of the whole agency based on SWOT analysis;
- Define the potential areas of improvement in conjunction with the business and market needs towards increasing revenue
- Review internal programs and processes to identify gap and risks concerning to current investments opportunities
- Identify key performance indicators for investment processes that guarantee achievement of highest investment performance and objectives delivery;
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Skills - Excellent knowledge in forecasting, statistical methods, sales planning & development.
- Hands on experience in managing data & analysis of data for sales. Good Knowledge sales development tactics.
