Our Client is offering an opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager to join their leading international business, to develop a Scaffolding Division on a Global scale. This is an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who can successfully combine their strategic insight with exceptional execution and business development skills.

We are seeking talented managers and business development professionals with senior level experience and international exposure.

Requirements:

Experience managing a Scaffolding Business at a senior level, International exposure essential;

Experience in sales, new business development, preferably International business;

Willingness to travel regularly, as needed;

Proven experience in developing new business and successfully winning new clients;

Strategic thinker who is strong in business development strategies;

Must be professional, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills;

Independent and proactive working style;

Visionary and a person of action;

Target and result oriented;

Open-minded to innovation;

Holistic focus / approach;

Significant leadership skills with natural authority and positive charisma;

Diploma or Degree in the areas of Construction, Engineering and/or the economy;

Fluent in English - additional languages advantageous.

Role & Responsibilities:

Research International markets of Scaffolding and Shoring and develop/implement a Global Business Strategy;

Full P&L responsibility;

Identifying competitors, market segment, market potential, volume, challenges and risks;

Work closely with internal network to identify cross selling opportunities;

Identify potential multi-national clients that could be serviced well by a global network;

Lead the process of establishing new international customer relations across various regions;

Regular reporting to Head Quarters.
