Purpose of Role: To drive strategic initiatives in the areas of: culture and change, employee engagement and organisational design through effective stakeholder engagement, strategy development and project management.
Key Responsibilities - Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the organisational strategy to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
- Design core business and functional competency frameworks and career paths methodology
- Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the organisations mission; to include initiatives which foster values driven, high performance culture, that values learning, continuous improvement, feedback and diversity.
- Stay abreast of changes in strategy, legislation, market and business model that could impact on organisational structures
- Develop and implement approach, methodology and toolkit for efficient organisational structures that account for rapid growth and expansion
- Drive standardization and consistency of structures and jobs
- Collaborate closely with Head of Reward and Talent Manager to ensure role requirements and job grading are closely aligned with principles of organisational design and behavioural framework
- Commission and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed OD initiatives.
- Design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required.
- Work with internal stakeholders (such as BPs VPs and marketing) to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement.
- Work with the Talent Manager and L&D Manager to support broader in-house programmes whenever necessary
Essential Skills & Experience - Proven experience in the areas of culture change, change management, organisational design, coaching, organisational development and group facilitation
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategy in a high growth organisation
