We are a growing busy law firm looking for a rockstar corporate lawyer to join our team. We are going through an interesting transition at our firm where we are modernizing the workflow and developing work very rapidly.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Partner, you will be charged with the responsibility of undertaking and coordinating commercial and corporate transactions for a range of multidisciplinary clients.
You should be fluent in written and spoken English. The best candidate for this position is a passionate self-starter with at least three years' experience in corporate law in the UAE, has strong work ethic and is proactive.
Skills To be successful in this role, you'll be able to:
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents).
- Draft and administer a wide range of business agreements.
- Research, anticipate and guard businesses against legal risks.
- Negotiate deals and attend client meetings.
- Contribute to enhance the workflow and streamline processes at the firm.
- Participate in business development activities.
You possess the following skills:
- Exceptional drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manoeuvre between different people, cultures and organisations.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Ability to take direction and to self-manage own workload.
Ideally you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Admission to practise law in at least one jurisdiction.
- At least three years' experience in a professional busy legal environment preferably assisting in the commercial/corporate departments in the UAE.
